Hope Will Allow You to Move Forward
Hope is a powerful thing and many times it will allow you to move forward in your life to do some amazing things, but when it is the only thing that you have that is carrying you forward it can cause some major issues with your desired outcomes. In other words, hope needs to be tethered with very concrete things in order to allow you to advance with any sort of momentum.
For example, from a scientific perspective, hope is made up of two things,  Agency thinking  and Pathway thinking. On today’s show we are going to go beyond merely hoping that things occur and instead we are going to talk about what happens when an organization is ready to begin adopting a strategic plan with the specific steps that are required in order to see your goals come to fruition.
