Coaching Plans consist of four basic steps, the first two are detailed here:
The executive and their coach meet twice per month.
Engagements are scheduled for six, nine or twelve month periods.
Each coaching engagement is unique which allows us to adjust and tailor the program to fit the client’s needs.
Weekly meetings can be requested for locally based clients.
STEP 1: ASSESSMENT AND STRENGTHS IDENTIFICATION
Through interviews and comprehensive tools, we collect information about the executive’s current and past leadership roles, career successes and challenges, educational pursuits, and the values that drive your professional life.
Timeframe: Month 1
Activities:
Two, 60-minute coaching sessions
The executive and their coach review the questionnaire completed in advance and appropriate assessments
Their coach begins to interview five to ten stakeholders
Their coach prepares for each meeting and also compiles post-meeting notes and action steps
Their coach is available for brief email and phone check-ins
STEP 2: STRATEGIES AND ACTION PLAN
We verbalize what is necessary and actionable towards their leadership goals.
Timeframe: Months 2-3
Activities:
Two, 60-minute coaching meetings
Delivery of stakeholder feedback and action plan
Observation of them at their office/in a meeting (if appropriate)
Their coach prepares for each meeting and also compiles post-meeting notes
Their coach is available for brief email and phone check-ins
