Our History
Since 1997 we've provided organizational and personal development training to mid and large sized corporations to help them achieve their key performance indicators and strategic goals. Tailored to your organizational goals we also provide quality leadership development and coaching with established curricula & performance assessments.
The company was formed in 1997 with a very clear mission and through diligence and hard work, has become a highly respected and well regarded consulting firm that is known for quality work that exceeds the expectations of its clients.
Through continual research and development, we continue to strategically position ourselves to outpace our environment and the changing landscape of business by providing online training modules to clients in a digital format, so they can learn at their own pace and have exposure to continual content long after the initial engagement, workshop or seminar.

Dr. Jason consults with Fortune 500 companies and Fortune 100 Companies to provide quality training & coaching to thousands of men and women each year – on the subjects of leadership, motivation, sales, team dynamics and organizational culture.
