Many times, it’s the unseen heroes in the non-profit sector who have a do whatever it takes mentality to help others achieve greatness. This takes the form of unconventional non-profit leadership because you will not see this on the job description or in the headlines. Instead, you see it in the relationships cultivated and the lives impacted in a positive way.
