The Power of Discipline as You Carry Out the Practices of Leadership

Welcome to Season 7, Episode #12 of Discover the Leader in You!

This is the 100th episode of Discover the Leader in You™️ and its appropriate to discuss the merits of discipline because it took a little bit of discipline to get to 100 episodes! We all know that life presses in and many things can often get in the way of our daily pursuits, but when you possess discipline great things can begin to emerge. Things related to continuity, resilience and the overwhelming feelings of accomplishment when seeking after a thing worthy of your pursuit finally comes into your grasp.
Now discipline can look like different things to different people, but there are few things that must be in the mix if discipline is going to occur. Things like focus, humility and the passionate pursuit of what motivates you to succeed. For that reason, I wanted to bring on a special guest today to share his perspectives on discipline as you carry out the practices of leadership. United States Naval Commander Tim Paul will be joining us in the studio in a few moments.
