The Power of Virtual Staffing When Following Your Purpose

Welcome to Season 7, Episode #11 of Discover the Leader in You!

As I engage teams and my coaching clients around the opportunity for greater productivity, one of the main things that I hear consistently is… there is not enough time in the day! Well, when I first got started in business I could certainly attest to that very same thing. It felt like an endless treadmill of activity with no clear end in sight. One of the most freeing things that I ever experienced occurred when I began to delegate some of my tasks to others. In life, sometimes you have to remember that we are all only as great as the sum of our parts, in other words, you need help from others to truly achieve maximum productivity and success while on your path to purpose!
For that reason, I wanted to bring on a special guest today to share his perspectives on virtual staffing and and the pursuit of purpose. Paul Winters the President and CEO of Stafftronix Business Solutions will be joining us in the studio in a few moments.

One of the things that I love about engaging my community is providing solutions. One way that I do that is through my podcasts and actively participating in the ongoing conversations they provoke. Each week, I ask one question. This week’s question is…

Question: When was the last time you considered delegating to your weaknesses?
